PEST CONTROL SERVICES

Absolute Pest Control offers a wide range of residential and commercial pest control services designed specificially for Colorado pests and their habitat. The climate in Colorado does not generally warrant year-round or monthly service for residential customers. Depending on the pests being treated, the following services are available.

Services Offered:

SEASONAL SERVICE

Seasonal Service is the most common pest control service Absolute Pest Control offers.

Includes:
Initial service, follow-up service every 6-8 weeks from Spring (March) to Fall (November). 5 services per year.

How it works:
Initial cleanout - the pest control technician performs an initial cleanout, treating inside along baseboards, around doors and windows, and the outside perimeter of the house including any attached garage.

Follow-up service - the pest control technician will return every 6-8 weeks to treat the outside perimeter of the house, check any bait stations if needed, and touch up any trouble spots in the house. This follow-up service generally does not require the homeowner to be home since it doesn't necessarily include any work inside the home.

Seasonal service is not continued in the Winter unless the customer calls with a specific problem, which rarely happens unless the weather is unseasonably warm. The following Spring, the service is resumed at the follow-up charge.

MONTHLY SERVICE

Monthly Service is usually only needed in commercial buildings, particularly in restaurants.

Includes:
Initial service, follow-up service once a month year round. 12 services per year.

How it works:
Initial cleanout - The pest control technician performs an initial cleanout, treating inside around baseboards, doors and windows, and the outside perimeter of the structure if applicable including any attached garage.

Follow-up service - The pest control technician returns once a month to repeat the treatment inside and out if needed, or outside only if there are no recurring problems on the inside.

SPECIAL SERVICE

Special Service is designed for pest problems that can be taken care of in one service, such as bees, wasp nests, etc.

Includes:
Initial service, no follow-up service. 1 service as needed. Not recommended for general pest control on a home or business.

How it works:
Initial cleanout - The pest control technician treats the pest problem in full. When he completes the treatment there should be no reason for him to return.

A residential or commercial structure can be done as a special service, but the general pest control products only last 6 to 8 weeks, so after that time the structure is open to new infestation.
