Ongoing Seasonal Service For Your Denver Property
While we have our fair share of pests here in Denver, the truth is that many of them aren’t all that active once the winter rolls around. However, once we reach springtime, they can come out full force, threatening to invade our homes and businesses. That’s why we here at Absolute Pest Control offer a seasonal service option to keep your property safe from the springtime through fall, when pests are most active.
Our Seasonal Service Process

Initial InspectionWe begin with a thorough inspection of your property, both inside and out, to get a better understanding of your current pest situation. During this inspection, we look for signs of life, entry points, harborage zones, and any other conditions that are conducive to infestations. After we have completed the inspection, we will present to you what we’ve found and offer you a treatment plan and pricing. -
TreatmentOnce we have agreed on a deal, we will begin with your initial treatment. This includes an initial cleanout during which we treat along baseboards, around doors and windows, and around the perimeter of your home. If you have an attached garage, we will treat inside of it, as well.

Follow-Up
Six to eight weeks after your initial treatment, a pest control technician will return to your home to retreat the outside perimeter of the house, check bait stations, and touch up any problem areas inside if needed.
The seasonal service ends once winter returns and resumes the following spring. However, we’ll never ask you to sign a contract, so if you ever want to make changes to your service, that’s always an option. Pests don’t always pose problems, but when they do, it’s always best to be prepared.

Seasonal Service From Absolute Pest Control
Our seasonal service plan begins in springtime, typically in March or April. This is when we will perform an initial inspection of your property followed by your first treatment. Then we will return to your home every seven weeks to retreat your home’s exterior and interior as needed. This continues through the fall, usually October or November. Overall, your home will receive five to six visits from our professional technicians so that your property is protected from pests when they’re most likely to strike.
